Swedish Massage

Therapeutic massage, also known as Swedish massage, is a wonderful antidote to the stresses and strains of modern living. Designed to relax the muscles and release toxins, it focuses on the top layers of muscle.

Long, smooth massage strokes, together with kneading, tapping and other movements, are used to rub the muscles gently in the same direction as the blood flowing back to the heart. This increases the level of oxygen in the blood, release toxins and increases circulation without putting stress on the heart.

Organic massage waxes enhance this deeply relaxing experience.

During massage the client is unclothed beneath a towel. Only the area of the body being worked on is uncovered.
